Ingredients
- 1 can of tomatoe sauce
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flake
- 3 garlic gloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 bag spinach
- 3/4 cup parmesean
- 1/4 cup basil
- 4 peppers
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Cook tomatoe sauce, parsley, flakes, andhalf the garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes. set aside
3. cook spinach, onions, and remaining garlic in oil stirring until onions turn golden
4. Add meat and cook until no longer pink. Drain.
5. Mix everything together and stuff peppers.
6. Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese
