Ingredients
- 1 pound mixed olives - black and green
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- 2 orange slices
- 2 hot chiles
- 2 cups extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Place the olives in a jar that just fits them without packing them tightly.
Combine the garlic, rosemary, orange slices, chiles and olive oil in a saucepan and bring slowly to a simmer to infuse the oil and soften the garlic.
