• Large eggs, straight from refrigerator
• Steamer basket set in pan with lid

INSTRUCTIONS

Place steamer basket in Instant Pot. Add water to just below the bottom of steamer basket.
Place eggs in steamer basket, turn Instant Pot to Saute (High); bring water to a boil.
Cover Instant Pot; steam eggs 14 minutes. If using extra large eggs, increase time to 16 minutes.
Rinse eggs in cold water.
Peel or refrigerate unpeeled for later use.
Yield: As many eggs as are steamed.
