Parmesan Chicken Tenders

lower calorie but still yummy! Baked not fried!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 TBSP italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1 lb chicken tenders or 4 chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 400 degrees.

in plastic bag, combine cheese, crumbs and all seasonings. shake well.

Add one chicken tender at a time and shake to coat.

Tranfer to baking sheet.

Bake until chicken is cooked through 15 minutes for tenders...20 - 25 minutes for breasts.
