Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix (white works too)
  • small package French Vanilla instant pudding (you can substitute regular vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 T lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour bundt pan.
Mix the 2 mixes together.
Add water, oil, eggs, poppy seeds and lemon juice.
Blend well.
Pour into a bundt pan.
Bake at 350* for 40-45 minutes.
Cool and dribble glaze on cake.
