Ingredients

  • 2 large yukon gold or russet potatoes with peel, ea cut into 8 wedges
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp thyme or paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 450
Toss wedges wth oil, salt and spices
Spread on shallow baking sheet lined wih parchment paper
Bake until golden brown, turning once

I find a good result with 13 minutes per side
