Scallopped Potatoes (Microwave)

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 11/3 cups milk
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • potatoes, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Put onion and butter in microwavable dish, cook for 4 minutes, until onions cooked and butter melted.
Sprinkle flour on top, stir. Add milk and stir.
Cook in microwave until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes.
Once thick, add shredded cheese. Stir
Add potatoes, and cook for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
If needed, cook longer.
