  • 1 eye round of beef

Step 1

1. coat roast in sea salt, pepper and garlic powder
2. Preheat oven to 375.
3. put water in the bottom of the pan, just enough to cover the bottom. Put cooling rack and then roast beef on top of it
4. Cook for 20 minutes PER pound (example. 4 lb roast would be 80 minutes).
5. Make sure water is in bottom, if it dries up, add more. -you can add these drippings to make gravy if you like.
