Ingredients
- 1 large 1 large egg white
- 1 t 1 t water
- 2 cups 2 cups pecan halves
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 t 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t 1/2 t ground allspice
- 1/8 t 1/8 t freshly ground black pepper
- Nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250
Combine egg white and 1 t water in a small bowl and whisk until frothy.
Stir in pecans
Add sugar and spices. Toss to coat
Spread nut mixture on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray
Bake for 45 minutes or until dry, stirring once.
Cool completely and store in airtight container
