Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed oatmeal cookies
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheeese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large container cool whip
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Mix crushed cookies and crunchy peanut butter together. Reserve 1/2 cup for the top. Press the rest into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Using a mixer, blend cream cheese, sugar, smooth peanut butter and vanilla. Beat in milk then fold in cool whip. Pour over cookie base. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top and swirl with a knife. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Freee before serving. Store in the freezer.
