Beef Burgundy in theCrock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs beef round steak, cut into 1-in pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c red wine
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pkg Egg noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients into crock pot, mix, cover a cook on low for 7 hours.
Boil noodles in water.
Serve beef mixture over noodles.
