Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 16 Oz. Farfalle Pasta
  • 1 lb. Broccoli
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup diced red onion
  • 1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Cups seedless Red Grapes (halved)
  • 8 Cooked bacon slices - crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk mayo, sugar, red onion, red wine vinegar and salt. Add in all the other ingredients. Chill for 3 hours. Add bacon and pecans right before you serve.
