Ingredients
- OR:
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- Seasoning #1
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- Seasoning #2
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp seasoning salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic pepper
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 8 x 8 pan or 9 x 13 pan (depends on size of breasts) . Lay chicken inside pan.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and spread evenly over each piece of chicken. Cover all exposed areas of chicken to prevent drying out. Sprinkle with a little extra parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes then serve.
