Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

  • Sift and stir in:
  • 1 cup butter (part margarine)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cream of tarter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Roll into balls size if small walnut
  • Roll into:
  • 2 tablespoonfuls of sugar and 2 TB cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

2 inches apart on un-greased baking sheet
400 degrees 8-10 minutes
