Ingredients

  • Preparation:
  • 12 12 12 ounces uncooked multigrain penne pasta
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 pounds uncooked large, fresh shrimp
  • 1 1 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 1 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 2 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 1 1 pt. grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 1 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 1. to Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
