- 1 1 1 cup dry white wine

- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
