Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3 bananas (peeled, halved, and cut lengthwise)
- 1/4 cup Myers's dark rum
- vanilla ice cream
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir in sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Heat until bubbly. Add bananas and cook until caramelized. Add rum and reduce heat. Stir until well blended. Cook on low until bananas are very soft.
Serve over ice cream.
