Snickerdoodle Blondie Bars

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • dash nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and brown sugar for 3 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and beat till smooth. Stir in dry ingredients and chips. Lightly spray a 12 cup cupcake pan or a square 12 serving brownie pan. Roll 2 tbsp dough into balls and place on a baking sheet. Combine topping ingredients and roll dough balls in it. Place coated balls in baking pan. Bake at 325 for about 35-40 minutes.
