Jalapeno Popper Dip

This dip is always a hit at every party. It gets devoured!

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 6-8 slices bacon, diced and cooked crispy
  • 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4-6 jalapeños, chopped and deseeded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup diced green onion
  • 1 cup crushed crackers (Ritz works best)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 stick of butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
2. Transfer to an oven proof dish. The size of the dish depends on how thick the dip is. If the dip is thicker, it will take longer to warm up. (a great dish is a round dish 12 inches across and 2 inches tall. The dip will come out to an inch thick.) But any oven proof dish will work
3. Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle them all over the top of the dip.
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
