Cheese Ball Ms. Dell

Ingredients

  • 2 , 8 oz packages cream cheese-room temp
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 T pimento
  • 1 T green onions
  • 1 T bell pepper
  • 1 teasp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teasp lemon juice
  • 1/2 + cup pecans, toasted slightly (for outside coating)
  • (a little red pepper may be added for a little kick)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese together. Add other ingredients except pecans.
Chill, then roll into ball. Spread pecans on a plate and roll the ball around until outside is covered with pecans.

Serve with crackers of your choice.
