Slow Cooker Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium to large potatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 TBS Butter
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 Oz. grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Layer all ingredients in slow cooker, potatoes, butter, onion, bacon, cheese

Repeat a second layer.

Cook on high 8-10 hours.
