Anyhow, you can see why we have needed this yummy Crock Pot Potato Cheese Soup! Easy and fast is what we are all about lately. I thought some of you might appreciate that kind of thing as well. It is December, after all. ?

Ingredients
- 2 (28 ounce) bags Potatoes O'Brien
- 2 (32 ounce) boxes of chicken broth
- 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place the potatoes, chicken broth and cream of chicken soup in your crock pot.
2. Cut the cream cheese into chunks and add it to the crock pot.
2. Give everything a nice stir, cover and cook of high for 2 hours, or low for 3.
Yield: 12-15 generous servings
