Ingredients
- instead of curry powder, raisins and olives, add:
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 3 tbs. medium unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 1/2 cups left over rice
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 10 pitted ripe olives sliced (optional)
- pepper and salt
- OR
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 cup crasins

Step 1
Melt butter in large frying pan on medium. Add almonds, coconut, and curry powder. Heat and stir for about 2 min until coconut is golden and mixture is fragrant.
Add remaining 5 ingredients. Cook for 3 min, stirring often, until heated through.
