Broiled Halibut with Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 Halibut steaks (4 oz each)
  • 1 T EVOO
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • S&P
  • Tomato Salad
  • 6 medium Tomatoes
  • 1/3 C basil chopped
  • 3 T parsley chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 T EVOO
  • 2 T Lemon Juice
  • S&P

Preparation

Step 1

Place fish in a glass baking dish and drizzle with oil. Squeeze lemon on fish and salt and pepper liberally. Broil for 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes when tested with fork. Slize the tomatoes in wedges. Toss with remaining ingredients and serve over fish.
