Cream Cheese Frosting ( Kathy's Carrot Cake)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 16oz pkg powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter and cream cheese at med speed with electric mixer until creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat on high for 10 seconds until smooth.
