CONEY ISLAND RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs Hamburger, browned
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 1/2 Cups Water
  • Chopped Onion
  • Mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the Hamburger and then add the rest of the ingredients into the skillet and simmer for about an hour. Stir occasionally to make sure it doesn’t burn or stick to skillet. Server on hotdog or just in the bun for a Coney Island loose hamburger. Top with Onions
