Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 TBSP brown sugar
- CHEESECAKE:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups of blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients for crust. Save 1/2 cup for top of cheesecake. Press remaining crumbs into a 9x13 pan.
Mix cheesecake ingredients, except blueberries, until well combined and smooth. Stir in blueberries and spread over graham cracker crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Refrigerate.
