Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh broccoli florets, chopped
- 2 TBSP onions chopped
- 2 TBSP red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, sharp or extra old
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 357 degrees.
Chop brocccoi, onion and red pepper using food processor. Tranfer to bowl and add 2 TBSP parmesan cheese and remaining ingredients. Spoon into small bakable dish.
Bake 20 - 25 minutes until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining 2 TBSP parmesan cheese and serve with peta chips.
