Banana Pineapple Muffin (Megan’s muffins)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. (or more) flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. mashed banana
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Put all dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well, add liquids and stir until moistened. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in muffin pan. Makes 12 muffins.
