Ingredients
- 4 sun dried tomatoes
- 3/4 c greek yogurt
- 2 T ed wine vinegar
- 1/2 t ancho chili powder
- 1/4 t cayenne
- 1.5 cups diced chicken
- 2 cornichons diced
- 1 head romaine finely shredded
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes sliced
- 1 3/4 c chick peas
- 4 oz diced chedder
- 2 T diced red onion

Step 1
soften tomatoes in a 1/2 c warm water, puree in blender with yogurt, vinegar, chile and cayenne, place in bowl. Stir in onion and cornichons. Toss with remaining ingredients
