Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 6 ounce mushrooms - cremini, shiitake, oyst; sliced
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
In a pan over medium-high, heat the oil.
When the oil shimmers, add the mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally,
until well browned, 5 to 7 minutes.
Add the butter and the balsamic. Cook, stirring constantly, until a glaze
forms, about 1 minute.
Remove the pan from the heat, season the mushrooms to taste with salt and
pepper and serve.
