Ingredients
- chicken breasts flattened or chicken stripes
- salt 1/4 tsp
- pepper 1/4 tsp
- garlic cloves 2 lg
- rosemary 1/4 tsp
- rubbed sage 1/4 tsp
- thyme 1/4 tsp
- olive oil 2 TBsp
Preparation
Step 1
flatten chicken to 1/2' thick
sprinkle with salt & pepper
slice garlic cloves & brown them in heated oil
remove the garlic to plates
mix spices
place chicken in hot oil & sprinkle with herbs
cook 7 min on each side until juices run clear & chicken is no longer pink in the middle
