Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter flavored oil, such as Orville Redenbacher or Kernel Seasons
- 2-3 Tbls Buttermilk Ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder or roasted garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 2 - 9 oz bags oyster crackers
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the oil, buttermilk dressing mix, garlic powder, and dill weed. Stir well. Place the crackers in a large bowl with lid (i.e. Tupperware bowl). Pour seasoning mix over the crackers and mix well. Seal with lid. Turn bowl and shake every 20 mins, until oil is absorbed by crackers, about 2 hrs total. Pour into bowl to serve or store in zip top bags until ready to serve. Makes approx 16 half-cup servings.
