Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp aquafaba
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. Use an inversion blender to blend together. Refrigerate unused portion.
