Ingredients

  • TO MAKE 2 CUPS OF PASTRY FLOUR:
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cups cake flour
  • TO MAKE 3 LBS OF PASTRY FLOUR:
  • 1 lb. cake flour
  • 2 lbs all-purpose flour

Preparation

Thoroughly mix all flours together, using a whisk until combined.

Pastry flour may be stored in a sealed container for future use.
