Ingredients
- TO MAKE 2 CUPS OF PASTRY FLOUR:
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cups cake flour
- TO MAKE 3 LBS OF PASTRY FLOUR:
- 1 lb. cake flour
- 2 lbs all-purpose flour
Preparation

Thoroughly mix all flours together, using a whisk until combined.
Pastry flour may be stored in a sealed container for future use.
