Meatloaf

Ingredients

• Suce:
• 2 lbsground beef
• 2 eggs1 C. oatmeal or corn flakes
• 1 onion chopped
• 2 tsp pepper
• 2 Tbs. parsley, minced
• 1/2 C. ketchup
• 1/3 C. brown sugar
• 2 TBS cider vinegar
• 1 1/2 tsp brown mustard
• 1/2 tsp ground mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare sauce in bowl and set aside.
combine meatloaf ingredients with hands until evenly mixed. Work in half of the sauce with the meatloaf. Place the meatloaf in a loaf pan and shape it. Pour the remainng sauce on top and bake for 50 minutes or til done.
