Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups water
- 1 can rotel, undrained 10 oz
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 8 oz velvetta, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef and onions. Drain and return to skillet.
Add water, rotel tomatoes, and cumin. Bring to a boil, stir in pasta and peppers, cover. Simmer until pasta is tender and almost all the water is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
Add Velvetta, cook 3 - 5 minutes, stirring until melted. Serve.
