use for arugula parmesan chicken salad....family favorite...usually eat 2 - 3 times a month!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation

Combine and shake in mason jar. Chill until ready to serve.
