Ingredients
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 1 can condensed onion soup
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 to 1 tsp ground red pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degree.
Add all ingredients into a 8 inch square baking dish or 2 quart dish. mix well. cover tightly with foil, then place a cover over the foil or another layer of foil to keep the steam in.
Bake 425 degrees for 1 hour.
Stir and serve.
