Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. tenderized boneless round steak
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 2 large onions, but in 1/2" slices and separated into rings
- 1 can mushrooms, reserve liquid
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Step 1
Cut steak into think strips. In large skillet, brown meat in oil. Add onions and saute until tender crisp. Blend soup, sherry, liquid from mushrooms and garlic. Pour over steak; add mushrooms. Cover, simmer 1 hour or until tender (or cover and bake at 350 degrees).
Serve over rice.
