  • 1 can buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425° F.

Cut biscuits into six to eight pieces. Grease an 8x8 pan using butter or oil. Place biscuits in the greased pan.

Brown sausage on the stove top. Drain the fat and then spread over the cut up biscuits.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Once combined, pour the egg mixture over the sausage and biscuits. Sprinkle both shredded cheeses over the top.

Bake in 8x8 pan for 30-35 minutes, or until cheese is brown and bubbly on top. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
