Ingredients
- 7 cups sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 cup sliced bell peper
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon celery seed
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 cups sugar

Slice cucumbers, onion, and bell pepper; sprinkle with salt and let set 1 hour, then add celery seed, vinegar, and sugar. Put in refrigerator for 24 hours before eating.
