Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 large egg (or 2 small)
  • Ice water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flours together, add egg. Use water as needed for the dough. Roll dough out thin. Cut in strips, then in small pieces, and drop in broth. Or leave in strips and put between wax paper in a ziplock bag and freeze until cooking time.
