Balsamic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Toss cauliflower with everything except parmesan cheese and vinegar. Roast in oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
Toss cauliflower with vinegar and cheese, return to oven and cook 5 - 10 more minuts.
