The best beef marinade!!!

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 1 TBSP minced garlic
• 3 TBSP red wine vinegar
• 1/3 cup soya sauce
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

pour over 2 - 3 lbs of beef and marinate for 1 hour up to 24 hours. Discard marinade.
