The Fireside

This fancy drink can be prepared without all of the "extras" and will be a lot easier and just as tasty.

The drink was created for our family's Christmas 2009 mixology contest and won best presentation.

Ingredients

• Decoration:
• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 1.5 oz Raspberry Liquor
• 0.75 oz Triple Sec
• Milk to fill
• 1-2 dashes bitters
• 0.25 oz 151 Rum
• Cinnamon Sticks
• Chocolate Syrup
• Gingerbread Man
• 1 Mini Marsmallow

Preparation

Step 1

Rim glass with chocolate syrup
Place shot glass in main glass so it just reaches the top

Mix together ingredients (except the 151 and fill outer glass with them.

Place 2 small cinnamon sticks on top of shot glass an poor in 151

Put the Gingerbread man "sitting" on the side and insert toothpick with marshamllow in his hand.

Light rum on fire and drink outside with straw
