Excellent on grilled chicken sandwiches or a dip for chicken fingers!

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup basil leaves, tightly packed
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- pinch salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Blend until smooth in a food process or blender. Refrigerate...keeps for 2 days.
