Ingredients
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- juice from 1 orange, freshly squeezed
- juice from 2 calamondins (small oranges a.k.a.calamansis).

- 1 cup garlic, minced
- a tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 4 tablespoons chili flakes
- 4.5 kilograms beef short ribs
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Marinate short rib meat over night.
Preheat grill or griddle to medium and cook ribs about 3-5 minutes on each side.
