Ingredients

    medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 1/2

    cup orange juice

  • 1

    tsp orange zest

  • 1

    tbs brown sugar

  • 1/2

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2

    tsp ground ginger

Directions

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. 2. Add sweet potatoes and cook for 20-25 minutes until tender. 3. Drain sweet potatoes; add orange juice, orange zest, brown sugar, cinnamon and ginger. 4. Mash until smooth.
