    8 Oz. Sour cream

    tsp Baking soda3/4 C. white Sugar

  • 1/2

    C. butter, softened

  • 3

    eggs

  • 1

    tsp Vanilla

  • 2

    C. flour

  • 1 1/2

    tsp baking powder

  • 2

    C. blueberries

  • Powdered Sugar Icing

Directions

Combine brown sugar, nuts cinnamon, set aside, this is the topping.. Stir together sour cream and soda. combine sugar, butter, beat well. beat in eggs and vanilla, add flour, baking powder, beat well, add foamy sour cream mixture, beat well. spread half of the batter in pan, sprinkle blueberries over batter, sprinkle 1/2 topping over blueberries, spread remaining batter over topping, sprinkle rest of topping over batter. bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, /drizzle with icing.
