Roast Beef Hawaiian Roll Sliders

Pan fried Hawaiian rolls with sliced roast beef, cream cheese, onions, green peppers, Monterey Jack cheese and a delicious sauce made with butter, Worcestershire sauce, dried onions and Parmesan. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian Slider Rolls
  • 1 (1-pound) package roast beef, sliced
  • 3/4 pound Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1 small green pepper, sliced, optional
  • 8 ounces soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup horseradish sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced, dried onion
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.

In a pan, cook onion & green pepper (if you want) until soft.

Spread cream cheese on the bottom 1/2 of sliders. Place in bottom of pan. Arrange roast beef on top of cream cheese. Spread onion & green pepper next. Spread Monterey Jack cheese over onion. Spread horseradish sauce on cut side of the tops of the rolls. Place on top of the cheese.

In a bowl, melt butter and add Worcestershire sauce, dried onion and Parmesan. Spread on top of rolls. Let set for 20 minutes or overnight in refrigerator. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
